Shipping & Processing

♡ All orders are processed and shipped within 1-14 business days. Packages are typically dropped off on Fridays/Saturdays. You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking info once your order is fulfilled. If you haven’t received a notification, your order is still being processed.

♡ I no longer accommodate time-sensitive orders or gifts. Please plan ahead and feel free to contact me via the chat feature on my website if you have any questions.

♡ I use DHL Deutsche Post to ship all orders. Delivery times may vary due to weather, location, holidays, or package volume.

♡ Once an item is marked as "delivered," it is considered delivered for refund or cancellation purposes.

♡ Buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. Double-check everything before checkout and contact me immediately if any changes need to be made. A full refund is not guaranteed for mis-delivered or returned items due to inaccurate shipping addresses.

International Shipping Policy

I ship worldwide! Due to high shipping costs, I offer one shipping option for international orders:

Half Tracked (for flat items like paper products)

  • Tracking is available only until your package leaves Germany. Once it departs, tracking becomes unavailable.
  • This is a more affordable option, but please note that I cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Important Notes:

  • Packages to India, Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Qatar, and some other countries may not have door-to-door tracking through USPS.
  • Delivery times can take anywhere from 1-3 months, depending on local couriers and factors like customs, weather, or holidays.
  • While tracking may be unreliable, I’ve never had a package go missing!

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19, holidays, weather, or customs processing.

  • Domestic (Germany): 1-5 business days
  • International: 3-10 weeks

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs, or import taxes that may apply upon receiving your package. We’re not responsible for customs delays. I always mark packages as "gift" and list a lower value on customs forms to help minimize taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

♡ All sales are final, and returns are currently ineligible. Exchanges are welcome, excluding sale items.

♡ Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for any returned products. If any part of the product or packaging is opened, damaged, or missing, I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

♡ Please inspect your package upon arrival. If anything is defective or missing, contact me within 7 days. I’ll gladly replace or send out missing/damaged items.
