Shipping Policy
Every artwork is carefully prepared and packaged in my Berlin studio, with particular attention to protecting original paintings and Fine Art prints throughout their journey.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some limited edition prints are individually finished by hand and may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated if applicable.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
I ship internationally using selected shipping services, including DHL and specialist international shipping partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the artwork purchased.
All orders are shipped with tracking. Depending on the shipping service, more than one tracking number may be provided.
Estimated transit times vary by destination and shipping service. The applicable estimate is displayed at checkout.
These estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include order preparation.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Original Paintings
Original artworks are individually packaged using protective materials appropriate to their size, medium, and surface.
Depending on the destination, original paintings may be shipped flat, securely rolled, or in reinforced packaging.
Shipping services are selected according to the requirements of each artwork. Insurance coverage may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and available service.
Fine Art Prints
Fine Art prints are carefully packaged to protect their surface and preserve their quality during transport.
Smaller prints are usually shipped flat in rigid protective packaging. Larger formats may be shipped in reinforced tubes where appropriate.
Signed, numbered, and hand-embellished editions are handled with particular care.
Multiple Artworks
When several artworks are purchased together, they may be packaged and shipped separately to ensure appropriate protection.
For example, an original painting and a Fine Art print may require different packaging and shipping services.
Where separate shipping methods are required, the combined shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
International Orders & Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated as prepaid during checkout, any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
All customs documentation is completed accurately, using the appropriate description, classification, and declared value of the artworks.
Customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times.
