Radix Animae is the first original artwork from Elementa, a closed collection of three works exploring memory, transformation, and the return to the self.

This piece represents the root: the deep, hidden place where memory sleeps before it returns.
A spirit appears from the forest-like body of the earth, entangled with branches, roots, hair, leaves, and silence. She is not simply emerging from nature: she is nature remembering itself.

Her gaze is direct, still, and almost ceremonial. The delicate moth at her chest becomes a quiet symbol of transformation: fragile, luminous, and alive. Around her, organic lines move like roots, veins, and thoughts, suggesting the invisible structures that hold us before we fully understand who we are.

Radix Animae speaks of origin, buried memory, and the moment when something long forgotten begins to rise again.

This is a one-of-a-kind original artwork on paper, created with watercolor, ink, gouache, and colored pencils.
